Good Word Reviews is a review-management service for local businesses, based in Jacksonville, Florida. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email ryan@goodwordreviews.com and we'll answer directly.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number (if you give it), and any message you write. We use that information for one purpose: to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list or share it with anyone else.

Outreach links

If you received an email from us with a link to a free audit, that link is tracked. When you open the email or click the link, we log that the link was opened or clicked, along with the approximate time and general location (city/country, from your network, not GPS). We use this only to know whether an outreach email was seen, so we don't follow up on ones that weren't. We don't track anything else about you once you're on the audit page itself.

How messages are handled

Contact-form submissions and link-open notifications are sent to Ryan directly through Telegram and email. These are standard, reputable services, and we don't use them for anything beyond delivering that notification to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason. We don't run ads with it, and we don't hand it to data brokers.

Deletion

Email ryan@goodwordreviews.com and ask us to delete your information. We'll remove it from our records, typically within a few business days, and confirm once it's done.

Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
