These terms cover the review-management service Good Word Reviews provides to businesses in Jacksonville, Florida and beyond. By using the service, you agree to them. Questions: ryan@goodwordreviews.com.

The service

We install and run a system that asks your customers for Google reviews, follows up once with anyone who hasn't left one, and replies to reviews as they come in. We also run a one-time campaign through your past customer list and send a monthly report.

Billing

The service is billed monthly, at one flat fee, month to month. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract.

Cancellation

Either side can end the service at any time. Cancel and you won't be billed for the next period. There's no cancellation fee and no penalty.

No guaranteed outcomes

We run the system correctly and honestly, but we can't guarantee a specific number of reviews, a specific rating, or a specific ranking. Review volume depends on your customers, your business, and factors outside our control. We also don't gate, filter, or selectively route customers based on how happy we expect them to be — every customer gets asked the same way, every time, in line with Google's policies.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us accurate customer contact information and for making sure you have the right to contact those customers on your business's behalf.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll tell you directly before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
